Sometimes the snack bug bites even the best of us. It sinks it’s sneaky teeth in and just won’t let go. Sure you’ve got a fridge full of healthy veggies, lean meats and delicious fruit but it’s not going to cut it this time…. The crave monster is kicking harder than a mad-bronco and only something indulgent, sweet and chilled will do!
So what does a health conscious, hard-working, super-keener do?

All you need is:
A Blender (We use a Vitamix and absolutely love it!)
1 Ripe Avocado
2 scoops of your favourite chocolate protein powder (We use Chocolate Proteins + by Genuine Health)
1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
1 TBSP of ground Flax
1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
If you’re feeling like you need a little more chocolate, add in a TBSP of Cocoa powder.
If you’re feeling like you need it a little sweeter add in a TBSP of natural honey or stevia.
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture forms a “pudding like” texture. Scrape out the mixture with a soft spatula into small bowls and toss them into the fridge. Let them sit for 15-20 minutes and then enjoy.
