1/2 ripe banana
1 cup(+/-) of mixed berries (we used blueberry, blackberry, strawberry combo)
2 cups of unsweetened Almond Milk (or unsweetened Coconut Milk)
1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
1 scoop of Greens Plus Whole Body Nutrition
2 scoops of Vegan Proteins Plus Vanilla
Fistfull (or more) of spinach
Shake of Cinnamon
